We are pleased to announce that on 24/02/2023, Beico Industries PW LTD and Torns Enterprises SL signed a joint venture agreement for the manufacturing of fine wires (from 0.04 to 1.0 mm) and HV coils for rotating machines in India.

The new company within the group is called Beico Torns Private Limited, and its registered office is located in Nashik, India.

The Vicente Torns Group brings its deep expertise in HV coils to India, while Beico Industries’ existing wire production forms the foundation for joint growth in this industrial segment.

Beico Torns, with its factories in Nashik and Silvassa, is set to support the rapid growth of the Indian market and to offer fast and reliable service, both locally and globally.

The history of Beico and VT dates back 80 and 100 years respectively: this joint venture represents the perfect combination of decades of experience. Two family-owned companies, currently led by their third generation, share the same core values and fundamental principles.
