On April 28, 2022, the VT Group acquired the company APAREL, Aparellaje Electrotécnico S.A., dedicated to the manufacturing of copper and aluminum parts, with its own electroplating facilities that allow the internal integration of tinning and silver-plating processes, both static and barrel plating.
As a result, in addition to delivering VT Group’s traditional products, we will be able to provide finished parts ready to be assembled by our end customers.
The acquisition of Aparel by the VT Group is part of VTSAU’s growth strategy, increasing production capacity and product range for the low-voltage electrical sector, including manufacturers of electrical panels, inverters, EV chargers, fuse bases and fuses, switches, and switchgear.
