At the end of February 2021, the Vicente Torns Group completed the acquisition of Delle Fil SAS.
This acquisition will be carried out as a continuation plan, meaning that all Delle Fil commercial contracts will remain in force.

Delle Fil enjoys a strong reputation in the market due to its high level of quality and know-how, having been a pioneer in several technologies.

We will expand our range with new high-quality product lines:

• Enameled copper wire with high-temperature indexes up to 240°C with CR
• Enameled copper flat wire, in small and large cross-sections
• Enameled aluminum flat wire
• Flat wire or round wire with fiberglass (Silix® or Daglas), combined with enamel
• Litz wires and special cables

This new member of the Vicente Torns Group clearly positions us as the company in Europe with the broadest range of products and services in the field of electrical conductors, covering all market applications. It also represents a step forward in our strategy to consolidate our position as a key partner in wind energy, as well as an entry point into the automotive sector with electric vehicles.
