Queensted Renova: the torna group contributes to the transformer value chain
The Vicente Torns Group has completed the acquisition of the former JESIVA production unit, now integrated into the new company QUEENSTED RENOVA, S.L., following a ruling by the Commercial Court No. 4 of Valencia.
The operation was formalized on June 30, 2025, and operations officially resumed on July 1, with the continuity of the personnel and technical knowledge that have historically characterized JESIVA.
Industrial continuity, not competition
It is important to emphasize that QUEENSTED RENOVA does not enter the market as a new competitor in the transformer sector. Rather, it is an industrial initiative aimed at strengthening the Vicente Torns Group’s value chain, offering winding and assembly services for finished transformers, according to technical specifications defined by the clients themselves.
- It does not have its own brand
- It does not develop products or carry out design activities
- It is not structured for direct sales
Its function is strictly productive, in support of the Group’s companies and their clients, with the aim of guaranteeing greater capacity, flexibility, and operational continuity.
With QUEENSTED RENOVA, the Vicente Torns Group consolidates its industrial presence, leveraging the experience of the former JESIVA and putting it at the service of a consolidated network of clients and partners.
